Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Limpopo
I am being blackmailed and harassed by a Male. 13 years ago, when I was 12 years old, I made a bad decision and sent a nude pic. It was a trend at the time and over the years we've all forgotten. I recieve advances from a guy stating he can't stop masturbating to my 12 year old pics and that he wants me to engage him sexually so that he Doesn't send the pics around. I blocked him. I got a long message on Instagram from him saying he will not tolerate being treated like a nobody and have created numerous other social media accounts and is going to expose me because I ignore him. What should I do to get him arrested as I feel that those pics are kiddy porn and that it is a criminal act. I don't know his full particulars just a first name and a cell number
