Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day. I need assistance in terms of a criminal matter. My husband violated his protection order. The case is already at court. I want to withdraw the charges as i cannot make it for court anymore and i cannot lose my job as thats my only source of income and i have a child to take care of. I was told the decision is out of my hands and only the senior prosecutor can decide. What other options do i have?
