Good day,
I am an Estate Agent and recently received 143 Beach Road, Gordons Bay to market and sell. I am referring back to the following article on your site: https://www.salegaladvice.co.za/question/7483/please-can-you-help-i-need-to-check-if-a-property-145-and-or-143-beach-rd-gordon.php
143 & 147 Beach road is on google and the systems that our agents use, but I cannot find 145 Beach road on any system or who the Owners are. 143 + 145 Also share one driveway. The have a similar look from the front and the exact same boundary wall in the front.
I know due to POPI Act no personal information is available. I just need to know if it is 'safe' for me to proceed with the sale of this property and not dealing with a case that might be under investigation?
