Hi I bought a JVC smart TV end of November last year after one month the TV the have sound no picture I took it back to the shop I demanded for a new TV smaller or new name or my money back the explained they need to send the TV for assessment have it fixed etc. Then the manager can decide they called saying the TV is fixed after 2day's I called back asking so am I able to get my money back or different TV they say no I asked what the technician said it was the back lights which is their fault and not mine the manager still disagree but on the customer agreement it states should there be a manufacturing detect with the product then as the cpa the customer KS entitled to repair.replace or refund the normal repair process is 6month's I spent the last of my savings on that TV R6000 ND I'm currently unemployed I do not want the money back but replaced by a other brand name
