Question posted in the Malpractice Law category relating to Gauteng
My girlfrend paid R60 000 @ the office of counsellor buying a stand with a shack in July 2014. She had since being taken from pillar to post. I have in My pocession of the agreement. The guys now wants her to meet with them on the 22March2015 sothat they can give her another stand. My concern is that the seller doesn't have any property registered in her name @ the reeds office. My other concern is the People might be selling state land which means she might be evicted at a later stage
