Hi,  I want to draw up a letter to give to my husband stating that if we ever get a divorce because of something I did that I would walk out without asking him for a cent and that I would sign away any and all rights I have on any of his assets.  I will sign away all and any rights I have over my children.  This is not a divorce document or marriage contract.  This is just a letter stating that if we do ever get a divorce because of my actions that I would sigh away everything and not ask him for everything.  Not a contract between me and him, just a legal letter.
