Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
My employer of over a decade set a deadline for me to accept a unilaterally imposed demotion. My employer denied my request for a fair hearing in the matter. I filed a grievance against the unilateral demotion. However, before the grievance was heard, my employer stopped my pay and benefits. I lodged a grievance against my effective dismissal. Which ones of my general legal rights has my employer potentially violated?
