Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
Hi
I would like to open up a company. The problem is, I have different business ideas and plan to follow them all. The other challenge is that, in all these business opportunities, I have someone who's better skilled I have to work with. I don't know which company structure I need and it's tax implications. I would love to find out which options best suit my taste and why they do so.
