Good day I need legal help with regards to car contract. I signed a car contract with Renault which was suppose to end this year 2020 Sept. in Dec the 6th 2019 Renault contacted me and told me they are coming to fetch the car because I was behind with payments, which I was not aware of . They came and got the car even though they had not sent me warnings previously warning me of this default. I was told to make a deposit of 13000 which I did, after I did that they told me I would not get my car back because the contract I had signed was a lease contract, meaning after a certain period I would have to bring the car back. This is something I was not even aware of . What legal steps can I take?
