Hello

I have a insurance policy with Dial Direct. It has a full comprehensive cover on the building and separate cover for household contents. About 2 weeks ago, there was a problem where the garage motor battery exploded. It burned the whole motor. At the same time my backup power unit, an inverter, also blew. I called the insurance company, they sent an assessor, the pics and report was sent to Dial Direct. The claim is being rejected by them. We went further and spoke to the dispute department at Dial Direct. The dispute department of Dial Direct has also rejected the claim. I am covered for explosions on my policy. I need legal help as they don't want to pay for the damages. I can also send you the copy of my policy if you want to go through it. I can also send the pictures of the damaged stuff. I don't know what to do as this is such a worry. We are paying for insurance and they don't pay when there is a problem. Pleasr Help

Thank You
