I wanted to buy a house at witbank Ryno Rich, it was R980 000, I signed offer to purchase, and some other documents (I will share the documents) then when am trying to calculate my budget, I can see that i will no longer be able to pay the bond, FNB bank was already accepted me with 100%, then I decided to cancel, then my agent told me that if I cancel i will pay cancellation fee, which include her commission, seller money because we stopped the process of market the house and for the transfer fees, but I never any documents of attorney, I was not yet in that process.
they told me I will pay R59 179
R50 000 for Agent commission
R7 982 for wasted cost
