In 2021 I was an Aspirant Prosecutor but I absconded. I then reapplied in 2022 for the 2023 programme, despite the rule that the programme is only done once, and my application was considered. I wrote the entry exam, went to the interview and later on I received a call and I was told that I was appointed and would start on the 3rd of February 2023. On the day in question they told me that I have been taken out of the programme because I should not have been accepte because they have made a mistake by appointing me.

Do I have a legal recourse against the department?
