Good day.

I'm Rantai Basimane, situated in Bloemhof,Northwest.

In November 2019 i joined online bets with Supabets registered with Portapa pty ltd, i started with minimal wins and losses and kept on everyday with bets

From the 10th to the 14th December that's when i won huge amount totalling to a little over R350 000. The morning of 15th December before i made bets i made a bank withdrawal with Standard instant  money transaction of R1500, after i made online bets for that day and the next day and my balance went down to R281 000. Minutes later i attempt to login and suddenly my account was disabled, i called and was told that my account was disabled because they were doing investigation on it.

They disabled it for over 3 weeks, when they opened it later my account was suddenly R0.00.

I asked the reason then to my surprise they said the reason for that was that i found a "loophole to win". How does one find a loophole to a systemized online bet.

Do i have a case here?
