Good Morning 

im Sibongile F Kunene Cell no: 0789513106, i have problem on the 4 of October Amos Dube sold me a stand in an semi-imformal area in Bethal Mpumalanga  he signed under outh at Bethal Police station and a Police officer signed and stamp the affidavide. after few weeks i found out that the stand doesnt belong to him i called and told him about the new encounter he said that that not true he owns that stand, i asked him severals times to come and tell the man claiming the which is Mxolisi Mabizela. Amos was not availing him self for that and blocked my number from his phone. on the 23 of November when i was searching for him i found him and asked him to go with me to the own of the stand , he agreed we went and when they asked him he said he had money problems and now i have open acase in Bethal but the Detective said the is no case after he apeared in court i have a affidavide and his ID copy which he gave them to me. please help
