Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng

So I assigned a 12 month lease that stated in case the lease was to be terminated the landlord must give me 30 days notice. So 4 days ago I received news that the company is relocating putting my job on the line, which requires me to move at short notice, I consulted with the landlord she can have the deposit since the move is short notice to the next month as there's no clause stating I must serve a notice to the landlord in the lease. I want to move as soon as possible so that by the next month I'm not around and won't be liable to pay rent since I have to move in three days . How can I handle this
