good day
i am a ward committee in my community and im having a problem with a certain family.they are my neughbours and we have never seen eye to eye since they came into this community.
the mother and daughter in that household always insult me,saying i am a witch,hiv/aids positive and a who*e.
recently on the 21st of November 2019,they infringed on my right to dignity saying "we are not hiv positive like you" the daughter said "do you want me to do jail time for killing you?".
i was so embarrassed as this happened near a funeral and the people attending the funeral were watching.
this is not the first time they are doing this and it has a bad impact on my young son's esteem since some of his peers are laughing at him because of this.
please i really need advice, i have tolerated this behaviour for more than 20 years
