Good evening I am Antonio Langenhoven I have a case scrubed of the role but need to know why don't I get back my passport n car back what can I do. Please.

The case start like this me n a friend went to a place in springbok n as we were at a party event he mingled with the rastas and as time gone by I told him that time is moving we need to head back to cape town so he requested me that 1of the rasta brothers need a lift to cape town n if its possible so I told him no problems because he is a rasta man so he load 2 bags n I ask what it was he replied it is krye I sad krye okay that's no deal no noting that there was plants with the krye so they court us n we been locked up in prison time goes I 1st got bailed then my friend that went to springbok with me then the rasta got bail after us. As case go this guy that got a lift in my car is nowhere to be found and the case get a new number then me n the friend have to continue with case case at court always same story they don't get the other people involved with the matter but the case have close scrubed of the roll but I struggle to get my car n passport can u give advance on how to deal with such
