Good morning 

I need advice on tenants that refuse to pay the full total amount on new contract.. 

So i inherented a home with tenants my dad passed away and there wasn't a contract the time they moved in.. 3years later my dad isn't here anymore so I placed a new contract with the proper amount that was just everything added to it.. Just to say they payed 3000 without water including because my dad had rebate on his name so he ddnt pay rates ND water but now things changed.. They agreed to pay the water in the beginning but now they refuse befor a water box is put in because we added the 10% that was never added in the pass 3 years.. So what can I give them notice if they refuse to sign the new lease
