Hi
I was garnished abt two years go and had paid consistently every month. My company deducted the final payment based on the amount given to them a the total outstanding.
Now 3 months later the attorneys are comng back saying i still owe which is higher than what the initial settelment amount is. If i continue paying then theres no end.
The company would issues the garnish was on Carte Blanche for cheating individuals (Flemix and Associates). I need help, how do i resolve this?
