Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Western Cape
i bought a car from Rothamsn Auto in July 2021 in Cape Town, under the impression that the car had not been in an accident as I wold not have purchased it. 4 years down the line when I need to sell the car urgently I got a good deal from getworth and accepted the offer to purchase. Once they did the background check, to my horror they rescinded the offer to purchase as the vehicle was declared a write-off and rebuilt.
How do I deal with this as I need to sell this car to pay off debts
pls help I am desperate
