Good evening

I financed a car and have been waiting for it to be delivered 20days now, however i signed the delivery off already prior to car being delivered physically .When it finally was sent to me by dealer they made an accident with my car.I was provided with a courtesy car to use a day later till further feedback will be provided . I want to know am i liable for these damages and can i refuse to take delivery of this same car that the dealer wants to fix and send to me. Should   I be paying an installment on this or should i go the legal route? As there was negligence from the 3rd party transporting company that was suppose to deliver my car they had a drunk driver drive my car and damaged it.
