Good day

i am trying to sell my property, The title deed is lost at the title deed office as well as they bank
my bond for this property has been paid off 6 years ago, i bought this property about 11 years ago

i am in the process of selling this property and have been granted a loan for this property whilst i wait for the title deed

i have recently found out that the bank as well as the title deeds office has lost the title deed

What can i do, as i am desperate
