HI, I am writing on behalf of my long term partner, with whom I live, together with her daughter.
Just some background, my girlsfriend got divorced more than 10 years ago, and I have been fathering her daughter and been her partner for almost 6 years.
Due to her own reason, my partner's daughter no longer wants contact with her biological father. This has angered him immensely.
He has been harrasing us with calls and SMSes, and as of yesterday, he has been threatening our lives if we do not force his daughter to speak with him.
He has knowledge of our home and work whereabouts and is threating death if we do not comply before Monday, 30/03/2015, which is four days from now.
We are about to go get a restraining order againt him later today at the police station, but we feel he won't be compliant, as he has a history of domestic violence and had just yesteday, while on speakerphone with my partner, assualted his current partner.
We feel we need more protection and need to know how to go about.
