Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

I bought a car from my brother 2 years ago. He had bought it a few months earlier from a woman who promised to forward him the registration papers for the car. My brother moved to the UK after selling me the car.
I have made numerous attempt to get hte papers from this woman who now tells me she has lost the papers.
The car is registered in Durban, she now lives in Port Elizabeth and I am in Johannesburg.
I would like to sell the car, what can I do?
