Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng
i have people renting in my flat of which i have signed a contract with the agent not with the people staying there, i have asked them to leave the flat at the end of April 2015 and they said they are not going to move out, me and them we do not have contract. please what are the legal challenges that i can face when am in this process and what should i do in this case
