Hi,
I am looking for legal advice on how to obtain primary custody of my daughter.
Her father and I share joint custody but he currently holds primary custodianship. My daughter has been living with me for 8 months full time and seeing her dad every second Friday and Saturday and I would like to change the custodianship into my name, however he is reluctant to do so.
She does not like going to his house as her and her step mother do not get along and he is often away on business trips.
What legal steps do I need to take to arrange this so that I can then also request maintenance? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
