I got married in 2007, filed for divorce in 2013, until now. Yes I do have attorneys though I feel they have done nothing for me exept charging me,
The reason for my divorce application was that my husband threatened to kill me after we had a quarell, he took our 2 year old kid, I then moved out of our home.
I don't know about legal things, yes I did get a family response from the family advocates but my attorneys expected me to do the follow up which I didn't know what to do, I thought by the time I appointed them to represent me it would b easier, then last year Dec I was told that my divorce is not approved I have to first get the child then proceed with the divorce.
I then again went to family advocates filled in Annexure B form which I'm still waiting for the call to appear in front of the advocate again with my husband since the response has expiered.
What do I do in this case since I'm the one who is busy doing all the work and my attorneys are relaxing? This divorce process is taking its tall on my health now. I recently had panic attacks,
