Hi,

I'm in the process of purchasing a property, which includes the transfer duties and VAT, as far as I have been informed.
Can you please explain exactly what the transfer duties refer to?
I have received a bill from the conveyancing attorneys for transfer costs, which I assumed was included in the transfer duties. Or are they 2 separate things?
