Hi, I purchased a second hand 2015 VW Kombi from Nissan dealership in Cape Town in April 2019. He assured me there was no accident damage to the vehicle, their dealership guarantees that their vehicles have never been in accidents. We had the vehicle delivered to us in Port Elizabeth. Upon inspection we found some overspray the windows on the right side of the vehicle and the door on that side would not open. He said that we should have a electrical mechanic look at it which we did and he was able to fix it although we still struggle to open that side. When I asked him about the overspray he said they had just touched up some scratches and sgsin said he would never sell us an accident damaged vehicle. We wanted to sell the vehicle and had someone come out and have a look at it to evaluate it and he said that the vehicle is actually a VW Multivan (which is lower in value) and they had given it a "face lift" to make it look like a VW Kombi (which is of a higher value). He also said that the vehicle had more than just touch up of scratches, there might have been more substantial damage than that. What can we do about this matter?
