Good day
My son and his wife got married last year in ANC With Accrual.
The value of the assets were stipulated at the onset.
On the event of a divorce, will my son's pension be divided in two? My son also has been paying off a flat, however it is not yet paid off. Will this flat form part of the Accrual system?
