Hi. i was involved in an accident last year in december where a negligent driver ha bumped into my car that was on stop due to 2 cars in front of me that were on stop because of a broken down vehicle. he came speeding and crashed intto my car at the back.

the letter of demand was drafted and served to him in february and the legalwise lawyers say that is where it will end. my car was off insurance and he said he would pay but didnt. we approached his insurance and they refused to pay.

what do i do now because I am sitting with R70k of damages and I am depressed because I have been struggling for months without my car which is crucila for work commitments

i need advice on what to do next and afffordable lawyres i can find t escalae this because I WANT JUSTICE
