Hi

I handed over the keys to the agent on 30 April after we went through the house I rented and moved out of. We walked through it and I pointed out some issues that would have been sent to the landlord if I stayed on. After the keys were handed over the agent started smsing with issues...a chip in the wall,a chip on he bath tile that was there, the slats on the gate is loose, the handle is missing of a drawer.A very bad messed up maids carpert that was noted when I moved in is now to be replaced.

Now she claims the owner is assesing the damages and will deduct it off my deposit, damages not done by me.Is this even allowed.

regards Zulfa
