Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
Our body corporate has just advised us that they will be sending out a notice stating no generators may be used during loadshedding. I have a 16 month old baby and don't want to put her through the distress of sitting in the dark waiting for bed time. I have the means to make this loadahedding ordeal more bearable, why should I be made to sit in the dark? Are they allowed to force us to sit in the dark when there are alternatives available?
