Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
I got injured on duty due to the mechine fault...the mechine i was operating broke and it hit me to my chin which was life threatening if it has hit me in the neck...when i got to the HR office they told me it was negligence and some bias questions that was in diffence for the company refusing to give in all the pains i was feeling... it was as to protect the company...they only wrote the physical damage on the statement...however they only sent me to the hospital so is it possible for m3 to claim
