Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
I received a phone call from a man that we have never met nor know of and he said that my friend and i stole 200 grams of cocaine from him one weekend while he was at a club and that he wants it or its value in cash back (and this is absolutely untrue as that weekend we were both no where near the place he mentioned) he then went on to say he knows where we go to school and that he would find us and get it from us even if he has to come in the middle of the night, he also administered death threats to me and my family and he called me several times after i explained my side of the story to him. I want to know what legal action could be taken out against this guy?
