HI I need legal advice and willing to pay for legal assistance. I took a job with an Ad agency who borrowed money from me to get a tender going. I paid for the items in the tender and they then were reluctant to pay me. So I resigned and not only did they not pay me half a month's salary but they also paid only a third of what they owed me. They got R1.3 million from ETshwane and I got R40,000. All I ever wanted was what they owed which was R107,000 as I was stuck with legal fees for cancellation etc.

Now I want them to pay me or I will put them under liquidation and apparently they do this to other people as well. We are not the only suppliers to be stuck with this.

My question is - is it not tender fraud to borrow money from an employee to get the tender, and should the money not be paid that is owed and I do not have to declare who my suppliers are as they accepted the quote and I am the invoicing company.

They deal with ACSA and a lot of other big companies and I am of mind to write to them to tell them what happened. ETshwane already knows whats happening as I have the person's details and have made contact. She said she would send proof of payment but that hasn't arrived yet.

I want this resolved so I can get the remaining R60k that they owe as I am a small company (and was an employee at the time) plus the half month salary. Please help as I don't know what lawyer to go to to assist.
