Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
We sold our car voet stoots to a person. We obtained a standard contract from the traffic department and signed every page as well as full signatures at the end. In the contract states the amounts and also dates in which they need to be paid. Also the contract says that if the person fails to pay we are able to collect the car. This person has not paid us for the past 3 months and also has an outstanding balance of R6000. He also refuses to make arrangements for us to come and collect the car. Please advise
