Good Day

My husband and i build our house on my inlaws property(using our own money). We also build another house on the same property which my brother in law now stays in with his wife and children.

My brother in law has become a huge problem getting involved with under aged girls, drinking, drugs,abusing his wife and children and so forth. After a very big fight(us trying to protect his wife and children) and my brother in law damaging most of our house, my mother in law has now kicked us off the property.

We have put in alot of money in building both our place and theirs(was not our decision for them to move in to a place paid for by us). We have just a few some done some renovations to our place in order to make the liitle bit we have as descent as possible for our chuildren, as we do not have much.

We are almost certain that it wont be long before he forces his way into our house on the property as we have put in alot into our place and he never even made the effort to put up a toilet or shower wall for his family.

We do not want to ever go back there, but is there anything we can do to be compensated for our losses?

We are now living a room with my parents, we have 2 children, cant afford to pay deposit to rent to buy anywhere as all we had went into that place on my inlaws property.
