My ex boyfriend gave me his card to use while we were still together to pay off all my debts . I did use his card and returned to where we stayed together and gave him his card back and finishes with the house chores . A few days later we got into an argument which led to him being verbally abusive as he usually does whenever he's drunk . I decided to end things for good . The next day he told our families that I stole from him .2 days after I fetched all my belongings and gave him all his belongings,he called his corrupt lawyer friend and they were busy threatening to open a case that I scammed him which I didn't argue with them I told them to do as they please , later that day he went to open a case against me that I stole his card without his knowledge. Is he allowed to do that by law?
