hi Good day

My name is Charles , the company i work for 7 jears and 4 months went into liquidation and closed the doors they now open again to sell the stock thats left they deducted the medical aid of my salary and never paid discovery for 3 months now i cant get the medical on my own name till its paid in full , i phoned the liquidater and he sent me a claim form and ill be lucky if there will be funds available to pay my money back to me and we have to wait for my leave money and my salary owing to me with my 7 years (1 weeks per year) money is there something i can do to get my money sooner than 6-12 months with my money they deducted for my medical aid please advice me what to do im busy loosing all my stuff because of this
