I have a 2year old her dad has paid her probably 6 times in the 2 years i have been to court but he wasnt working at the time so the case was thrown out, its been months that he hasnt been paying he sdoesnt phone to ask how she is, she was recetly bitten by a dog he didnt bother to come see her at the hospital or at home even if she under gone plastic surgery. should i go to court again as i cant cope on my own and do need the maintenance money or do i just leave him alone?

i do not have a lawyer and i also dont have time to realy go to court as i cant get of from work, what can i do to make him help pay for his child. i also think he is addicted to drugs
