I own a C.C and have been sent a summons from a plaintiff demanding outstsnding monies owed to them,
I have not signed any contracts or credit applications with these suppliers all they have are signed invoices.
I know I owe the money but what recourse do they have and what is my next step - should I defend this or make a payment plan.
What are my rights?
I only have a few days left to respond
Thanks
