Hello, my fiance and i are getting married in Ocober 2015, but before that we are going on a cruise in May 2015. We would like to use the cruise as a honeymoon so we would like to sign all the legal marital documents before we leave for the cruise and have a symbolic ceremony in Italy in May and officially get married in South Africa before friends and family in October. Is this all legal? And does the person performing the symbolic ceremony have to be ordained?
