Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Northern Cape
Goodday ,
I have bought a car at a second dealer garage cash for R200 000.00. I only had the car for a week and the car broke. The owner of the garage dont want to take the car back for repairs. He said it has nothing to do with him. The cars papers are still with him and the Purchase papers , but I have proof of the purchase on my bankstatements.
