Hi,
Me and my wife sold a 4x4 TLB to an auctioneering company at an agreed price of 150k, The buyers came up with the suggestion to hold back 50k untill we provided them with the machine registration documents. We had to go and get the documents from the previous owner we bought the machine from. When we delivered the documents to the auctionnering company they turned around and said they had already sold the machine.
We never had any agreement in that regard and now its a prolonged legal battle for my balance of 50k.
I really need help in getting my money. We still have the documents with us and hope to get our balance settled.
