Hi
I am a Landlord one of my tenant’s is renting a room in my house and the lease ended 31 January 2016.
The tenant received a new lease a few weeks ago that we need to sign. I have been waiting sometime for him to bring the contract so we can renew it but he says he is still busy with it or someone has it.
I also notified him I would like to inspect the room and he has an issue about it.
How many days can I give him to move out if I decide to do so now that there isn’t a lease agreement with him.
Do I have the right to inspect the room one day while his at work. Am I allowed to do so since the lease expired 31-01-2016 and he has not came to me to renew it?
I will have another tenant as witness to inspect with me.
Warm regards
