Good Day
My husband is an heir to an estate, finalization of the estate is being winded up. He inherits a house which he agreed to sell to the lawyer assisting us. She did pay him an amount of R100 000 to secure that the property will be sold to her. We signed an agreement on that.
But now she has started major construction on this house without notifying him, we only saw when we went to the house.
Shouldn't she being paying him another deposit to start construction?
