With regards to your example on the calculation of accrual:

You made reference to the consumer price index and values for February 2000 and June 2010, yet when i referred to those dates in the CPI they do not reflect the same?

Clearly I must be reading them incorrectly or failing to take something else into account? Could you please explain to me how you got the value of "60,40" for February 2000?
