HI
Need some indication of w hat my legal standing is on two issues.
1. I have just been issued a letter from an attorney regarding maintenance for my daughter.
Basically the letter is stating a full list of expenses for my 9 yar old daughter totaling R 16 645.00 monthly. This includes rent This is not including the expenses that I am paying ie. school fees and aftercare at R4900.00 monthly.I also pay for other fees ie tennis etc when asked by the mother.I am unemployed and disabled but am attempting to earn an income via a factory recycling plastic.
The is no fixed or garuanteed incom.I am basically seeking advice or contact details for a Durban office for assistance.
2. The second issue is regarding a property owned by a trust formed by my late dad. The property was bonded in the name of the trust.
Trustees being now only my mom and myself. The bond is now paid up.d
The property is let out.The problem is that the rent has been paid to a party claiming ownership to the tenant and myself and the trust.
The property was bonded and serviced by myself up until 2008.
In 2008 I was involved in an MVA and hospitalised for 3 years during which the bond fell into arrears. The party claiming rent and ownership paid out the arrears and bond was serviced from rent received. He also paid funds to me prior to my accident and says he handed over a vehicle as payment for the property. The is no documents recording such transactions.I am now wanting to claim ownership by the |Trust.
PLEASE HELP AS LIKE I INDICATED I AM NOW A WHEELCHAIR BOUND PARAPLEGIC WITH NO INCOME OR EMPLOYMENT
