Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
I was not trained for a specific entry and due to no knowledge I filed an appeal with the manager and they still uphold the warning . I did not follow up the warning due to not being clear with the labour law procedure and I have ran out of time for ccma dispute. I then applied for supervisor position which I went through normal process and first interview I declared the warning and but I was taken for second interviews. I was informed by human resource that I was unsuccessful due to the warning.
